The Group’s HQ is available for hire all year round
To book Hanford HQ please email our Booking Administrator at HQ.Booking@89thstokeseascouts.org.uk who will be happy to help.
From January 2024, single bookings will be charged at £16 per hour, with a minimum booking of 3 hours. For prices for regular bookings please enquire with the booking administrator.
The calendar below shows when the HQ is currently in use and therefore not available for hire. You should allow 15 minutes either side of each entry for opening up and packing away.
